the purpose of teaching and sharing a logical, progressive and legal Self Defense program using as a physical base: the effective way of the Patterned Flow approach developed by Frank Soto that teaches the foundation for the legal defense and the Alternative Solutions; and as the balancing component: the macro vision of the Free Flow approach designed by Ed Parker Jr. that teaches the student to solve any self defense situation in a fluid and non violent manner. This teaching model gives any Martial Artist a well rounded and legit alternative within the Self Defense paradigm.
