The
Kinetica Program is designed for the Martial Arts expert or seasoned Black Belt who wants to learn the
Alternative Solutions and gain a balanced and effective approach of Self Defense.
The
Pattern Flow approach is the study of
Structural Martial Motion to set the foundation and parameters of self defense; to undesrtand the unskilled (white) level of a non practitioner and the over skilled (black) level of a Martial Arts Expert.
The
Free Flow approach exposes the Structural Martial Motion expert to the Legal Defense and also teaches him/her the full spectrum of the
Kinetica ASDS macro vision by learning the
Free Flow and
Gentile Martial Motion -non violent- advanced approach.
This is a three Level Program -Silver, Gold and Platinum- with a minimum of two to three years requirement and is taught only by the Kinetica Senior Instructors in Seminars and Certification Workshops.
